For wildlife control issues, you will need to contact local wildlife removal and relocation companies. You may use your computer search engine or phone book to locate a company that may best assist you.

Citizens routinely encounter wild animal problems including animals such as snakes, squirrels, raccoons, possums, birds, bats, bees, rats, mice and skunks. If you have an emergency, you may contact ACACC officers for guidance and possible assistance at (865) 264-6315.

If you have other issues that involve wildlife, you may contact the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA). TWRA’s mission is to preserve, conserve, manage, protect, and enhance the fish and wildlife of the state and their habitats for the use, benefit, and enjoyment of the citizens of Tennessee and its visitors. The Agency will foster the safe use of the state's waters through a program of law enforcement, education, and access.

You may contact the regional office at 423-587-7037 or 1-800-332-0900 (toll free) during regular office hours. If you are calling to report hunting and/or fishing violations after hours, you may call the after-hours emergency number 1-800-831-1174.

TWRA does not remove deceased animals from private property.
